Doctor named this lab?

Type the laboratory name from the prescription slip. We check NABL / ISO 15189 status, validity, scopes, and the directory address — and suggest nearby accredited alternatives if the match is missing or weak. Nothing is uploaded; everything runs in your browser.

City narrows the list. For chains, confirm the street address (or certificate number) against the slip — one brand can have several NABL sites in the same city.

CGHS recognises NABL accreditation

Per the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare OM dated 3 October 2025, effective 13 October 2025, NABH/NABL-accredited healthcare organisations receive rates 15% higher than non-accredited facilities under the Central Government Health Scheme. Tier II and Tier III cities attract 10% and 20% lower rates than Tier I respectively; the Tier II rate also applies to North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, and Ladakh.

About NABL Watch

Independent civic tool — not affiliated with NABL, QCI, or the Government of India.

NABL, the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration of Laboratories, is a constituent board of the Quality Council of India. It accredits laboratories under several ISO standards. This portal focuses on medical laboratories under ISO 15189 — clinical diagnostics, haematology, biochemistry, microbiology, histopathology, molecular testing, and related disciplines.

Official NABL lists are hard to use on a phone before a blood draw. NABL Watch makes the published medical lab directory searchable, filterable, and shareable so patients can check accreditation status, validity, and scopes — then verify on the official QCI portal for legal or commercial use.

Data is public accreditation metadata only. We do not store prescriptions, reports, or patient details. Always confirm critical decisions with the official source and your clinician.
